What counts as a referral?
Someone who types your code in the referral code field when they sign up for HiJack Poker and then makes a first deposit of $5 or more. One deposit, not several small ones added up.
When do standings update?
We reconcile daily, but it can be delayed in certain circumstances. The dashboard shows the exact time of the last update. A deposit made after that time appears on the next one.
What is table cash?
Table cash is credited to your HiJack Poker account. Use it to buy in at any table, or withdraw it.
When do I get paid?
Rewards show as “earned” the day they're triggered, and “paid” once our team credits your HiJack Poker account, usually within a day.
Where does my code come from?
It's issued automatically when you join: HJ, two letter-number pairs, and a check letter, like HJK7M3Q. Letters and numbers alternate so it can't spell anything, the easily confused characters 0, O, 1, I and L are never used, and the last letter is a check: mistype any one character and the code simply doesn't match, so nobody else gets your credit. If you'd rather have something personal, request a custom code from your dashboard. Staff review it, your current code retires the moment you ask, and it comes back if the request is declined.
What do referred players see?
Nothing about you beyond the code. And you see only their HiJack Poker username and whether they've deposited, never amounts or contact details.
Can I refer myself?
No. Self-referrals and duplicate accounts are void, and the program can be withdrawn from anyone abusing it. See the terms.
